Dear VS Code community,
SonarQube for IDE: VSCode 4.22 is now available!
This release focuses on improving the experience for new users. An updated walkthrough has been implemented in the extension to facilitate easier onboarding.
There are also several analyzers updated, most importantly:
- The SonarJava analyzer introduces new rules for Java 22 and supports Java 23. Learn more about it here.
- And SonarPython is introducing 5 more rules for PySpark.
